Transition Coaches

The Snyder Group's Transition Coaches have extensive experience in working with dental practices as it relates to practice transition affairs.  Our Transition Coaches work closely with The Snyder Group partners in conducting practice valuations, preparing practices for associate integration, practice sales as well as business planning and budgeting.


 

Donna Costa

Donna began her career in the dental field in the trenches of private practice, working her way to Operations Manager of a multi-location group general/specialty dental practice. Her expertise in daily operations, bottom line profits, and overall strategies for running a dental practice gives her special insight into our clients' needs.

As a key member of The Snyder Group team, Donna often is the first point of contact for clients who need assistance and guidance with unique practice issues. Her greatest asset is her keen intuition and ability to ask the right questions to advance clients toward their goals.

Donna's significant expertise in brokerage services enables clients to feel confident that finding the perfect practice, or the perfect buyer, will be handled with the utmost professionalism and will result in success.


Catherine Etters

As a specialist in practice transitions, Catherine guides clients through every phase of the process, from adding an associate to forming a partnership, selling a practice or retiring.

Catherine is a graduate of Temple University and began her career as a consultant for a nationally recognized dental consulting firm. Additionally, she has front line clinical and managerial experience, having worked as a dental assistant, office manager, and administrator for multi-location group practices, Having worked in both solo and group offices, with every kind of dental specialist, Catherine has a keen understanding of the operational issues affecting transition readiness. In addition to analyzing and assessing client needs and designing solutions, Catherine also assists Dr. Tom Snyder in the preparation of all practice valuations.


Mary Fisher-Day

As a former leading consultant for a nationally recognized practice transition services company, Mary Fisher-Day has more than 25 years experience in the dental industry. She has worked extensively with Practice Management, Consulting and Transitions and has held front-line clinical and managerial positions, which gives her a unique perspective when guiding clients. Mary assists The Snyder Group with Associate Feasibility Studies, Transitions and on-site Practice Valuations.

Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Mary handles TSG business development and client services in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and other southeastern states.


Paul Shapiro, DDS

Dr. Paul Shapiro has extensive experience in both solo practice and group practice management, having owned and sold two successful dental practices in the New York City area. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University, Paul handles Business Development and Brokerage Services for The Snyder Group in the Greater Metropolitan New York area and assists TSG clients with Strategic and Transition planning.
