As a former dental assistant, office manager, and administrator for multi-location group practices, Catherine is a highly-experienced dental professional who has worked in both solo and group offices, with every kind of dental specialist. This expertise offers a unique perspective of the operational issues affecting transition readiness.

Known for her keen insight and attention to detail, Catherine is skilled at accurate practice valuation, feasibilitiy studies, contract negotiation, developing compensation packages, and coordinating details with lenders, attorneys, realtors, and other professionals.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, at Temple University in Philadelphia, in 1995 and began her professional dental consulting career in 1996, as a consultant for a nationally recognized consulting firm.

Through Catherine’s vision, leadership and dynamic communication skills, clients find that successful transitions are made simple, with a responsive, dependable transition coach on their team.

As a transition specialist with The Snyder Group, Cindy leads specialty and general practices of all sizes through every phase of business transitions. From hiring an associate, to forming a partnership, to buying, selling, or retiring a practice, Cindy develops strategies and implements customized solutions to meet your goals. Cindy also has considerable experience assisting young practitioners in practice start-ups.

A former dental assistant, office manager, and administrator of a multi-location group practice, Cindy began her consulting career in 1998, specializing in practice transitions for a nationally recognized consulting firm. Her vast experience in the business of dentistry offers unique perspective into building successful practices through effectively structured transitions, and prudent planning.

Because of her front-line knowledge of practice operations, Cindy is skilled at simplifying complex transition issues, including negotiating compensation and contracts, conducting valuations, assessing feasibility studies, and working with lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals to meet client goals. Through TSG’s practice brokerage services, she also represents buyers and sellers from listing through closing Let and beyond, as needed.

A highly experienced dental professional, Cindy is a dynamic communicator with valuable insight into formulating effective transition plans. She has earned a strong reputation for delivering highly responsive, outstanding service to solo and group practices around the country.

Donna Costa

Donna began her career in the dental field in the trenches of private practice, working her way to Operations Manager of a multi-location group general/specialty dental practice. Her expertise in daily operations, bottom line profits, and overall strategies for running a dental practice gives her special insight into our clients' needs.

As a key member of The Snyder Group team, Donna often is the first point of contact for clients who need assistance and guidance with unique practice issues. Her greatest asset is her keen intuition and ability to ask the right questions to advance clients toward their goals.
