The firm's partners, Thomas Snyder, DMD, MBA, Charles A. Costa, and Bruce Bryen, CPA, provide a "hands on" services oriented approach for their clients.

		Thomas Snyder, DMD, MBA Dr. Thomas Snyder is a nationally known speaker, author and consultant who has been advising dentists for more than 30 years in areas relating to practice transitions, strategic planning, practice and financial management and office automation. His broad range of experience provides his clients with a unique and comprehensive approach to solving their problems and understanding their concerns. Dr. Snyder received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Dental Medicine and his MBA from The Wharton School of Business. Dr. Snyder serves on the Editorial Boards of The New Dentist and Dental Entrepreneur magazines, as well as, featured columnist for The Dentist's Network, The New Dentist, and Dental Entrepreneur. He is President and a founding member of the National Association of Practice Brokers. He is also a member of the Practice Valuation Study Group. Dr. Snyder is also a member of the Faculty of the School of Dental Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Alumni Association of the University of Pennsylvania's School of Dental Medicine.
		Charles Costa Charles Costa served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a multi location, multi-specialty dental group practice for fifteen years. His diversified experience includes business administration and practice sales and acquisitions. He heads the firm's brokerage division. Mr. Costa works with the majority of the firm's clients requesting contract template services. He assists clients with lease negotiations and renewals. Mr. Costa has experience in commercial lending and served on the board of directors of a regional bank. This expertise has proven invaluable for those doctors obtaining loans for practice purchases, debt consolidation or start-ups. He is Treasurer and a founding member of the National Association of Practice Brokers. Charles is also a member of the Practice Valuation Study Group.
