Thomas Snyder, DMD, MBA
Dr. Thomas Snyder is a nationally known speaker, author and consultant who has been advising dentists for more than 25 years in areas relating to practice transitions, strategic planning, practice and financial management and office automation. His broad range of experience provides his clients with a unique and comprehensive approach to solving their problems and understanding their concerns. Dr. Snyder received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine and his MBA from The Wharton School of Business, Dr. Snyder serves on the Editorial Board of Dental Entrepreneur magazine and is a frequent contributor to Dental Practice Report and Dental Tribune on the topics of practice transitions and strategic planning. |

Charles Costa
Charles Costa served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a multi location, multi- specialty dental group practice for fifteen years. His diversified experience includes business administration and practice sales and acquisitions. He heads the firm’s brokerage division. Mr. Costa works with the majority of the firm’s clients requesting contract template services. He assists clients with lease negotiations and renewals. Mr. Costa has experience in commercial lending and served on the board of directors of a regional bank. This expertise has proven invaluable for those doctors obtaining loans for practice purchases, debt consolidation or start-ups. |

Bruce Bryen, CPA
Bruce Bryen is a certified public accountant with thirty-five years of experience. He is also Managing Partner of the accounting firm of Bryen and Bryen, LLP. Mr. Bryen specializes in deferred compensation and retirement planning design. He has extensive experience in estate planning and asset protection strategies. Mr. Bryen provides dentists with expert testimony in matrimonial dispute cases. He provides guidance in determining proper organizational business structure as well as creating innovative approaches to partnership buy ins and buy outs. He was Chairman of the Board of a regional bank. Mr. Bryen is a financial writer for Dental Practice Report and contributes articles for Dental Tribune. |
